2) History:
Since 2005
- March 2005: Instalation of 1st coil rolling production line for cold roll stainless steel coils and stainless steel strips;thickness range 0.2-3.0mm,width 1300mm --Including annealing and pickling line, skin pass line.
- April 2005:Completion of 2nd rerolling line (Precession rolling ), thickness range 0.15-2.0mm, width 510mm for stainless steel precission strips and other --including precission shearing line,tolerance:±0.5
- June 2007: Set up joint ventures for production of stainless steel pipe and stainless steel wire.Engaged in more business in the stainless steel industry and become one of leading comprehensive stainless steel products manufacturer and supplier in China.
3) Facilities
We have two high precision and continuose rolling lines with an monthly production capacity 5,000 tons, operating at a thickness 0.15mm-3.0mm, and width 485mm-1300mm.
-High speed rolling Line: thickness from 0.2mm-3.0mm, width 1300mm max.
-Precision rolling Line: thickness from 0.15mm-2.0mm, width 510mm max
-Oily coil polishing Line: thickness from 0.3--2.0mm, width 1250mm max
